Sales & Made-to-Measure Specialist

Lund & Lund is looking for a Sales & Made-to-Measure Specialist to join our team full-time at Sturegatan 12 in Stockholm.
Founded in 1949, Lund & Lund has a long-standing heritage in classic menswear, custom tailoring and personal service. Since 1963, our current store has offered a carefully selected world of Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure garments for customers who value quality, fit and craftsmanship.
We are now looking for someone who wants to play an important role in the daily life of the store, with a strong focus on sales, customer relationships and Made-to-Measure.
About the role
As Sales & Made-to-Measure Specialist, you will work closely with customers in store and guide them through both our Ready-to-Wear selection and our Made-to-Measure offering. You will be part of creating a high-level customer experience built on product knowledge, trust and personal service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales and customer service in store
- Guiding customers through our Made-to-Measure offering
- Styling and wardrobe advice
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Following up on customer orders and requests
- Contributing to the daily presentation and overall experience of the store
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience from menswear, premium retail or a similar environment
- Has a genuine interest in classic and contemporary menswear
- Is confident working closely with customers and delivering personal service
- Has a strong eye for fit, style and detail
- Is professional, social and service-minded
- Enjoys working in a role where sales, relationships and product knowledge go hand in hand
Experience in Made-to-Measure, tailoring or fittings is highly valued, but the right personality, interest and willingness to grow are just as important.

Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Lund & Lund | Stockholm | Extra / Part-time
Lund & Lund is looking for a Sales Associate (Part-Time) to join our team in Stockholm.
This role is primarily focused on weekends, with the possibility of working one weekday per week depending on availability and store needs. It is a great fit for someone who is currently studying, interning or working part-time, and wants to gain experience in premium menswear retail.

About the role
As part-time Sales Advisor, you will support the team in the daily running of the store and help create a welcoming, knowledgeable and elevated customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in store
- Supporting sales and day-to-day service
- Helping maintain the presentation and feel of the store
- Supporting the team during weekends and busy periods
- Contributing to a high level of personal service and product guidance
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in menswear and style
- Is service-minded, social and reliable
- Enjoys meeting customers and creating a good in-store experience
- Has an eye for detail and presentation
- Is eager to learn more about premium retail and classic menswear
Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you have the right energy, attitude and interest in the product.
